Studio Sanchez is a wedding stationery design studio that specializes in creative, artful, and thoughtful design. All our processes are designed to provide you with the most stress-free wedding stationery experience.

What does that mean? Whether you’re throwing an intimate elopement or an all-out rager of a wedding with hundreds of guests, we will handle all the design, complicated invitation wording, paper selections, color corrections, printing, assembling of all the tiny details, and even mailing, so all you have to do is sit back and cross “stationery” off your to-do list.

OUR PROCESS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

While the process varies very slightly between our three services, every piece is created in-house to ensure that your invitations or day-of items are sent out with all the text, illustrations, and accessories perfectly placed and visually stunning.

Once you’ve decided which route you’d like to go, please contact us, via the contact button found on each service’s page, at the top of the site, or below this section! On the contact page you will find some questions that will help us get an understanding of your timeline, your vibes, and the products you’re looking for. We will then make a custom quote from your information.

And then the fun begins! We start with pinning down your inspiration and colors, then designing mockups, followed by some editing rounds, final approval, and finally printing and mailing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

From inquiry to mailing, the Custom invitation process can take 8-10 weeks; Semi-Custom, 6-8; and Day-of, 6-10. Most couples plan on sending their Save the Dates 8-12 months before their wedding and invitations 2-3 months prior. Please keep in mind that if you would like to send invitations 3 months before your event, you would need to contact us 4-6 months before your wedding.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The BIG question! Our standard invitation package includes main invitations, RSVP cards, envelopes + address printing, envelope liners, basic accessories (tassels, ribbons, connectors, belly bands), assembly, and shipping. These packages start at $7 per invitation. Custom invitations add a $900 flat design fee onto the standard invitation package pricing. On average, our couples invest between $800-$1,500 for 100 Semi-Custom invitations, and $1,700-$2,500 for Custom invitations.
